1. Digital Products Policy

Most of our services, including question banks, mock tests, and video courses, are digital products. Since these are consumed immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical issues on our end that prevent you from accessing the purchased content for more than 48 hours.
  • Duplicate transactions for the same product.
  • Unauthorized transactions that are reported to us within 24 hours.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email [email protected] with your transaction ID and the reason for the request. All requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.

4. Cancellations

Subscription-based services can be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
